Microdermabrasion 

This is a safe, painless,inexpensive,most accepted and very effective cosmetic procedure to improve acne scarring. In this the stratum corneum (dead outermost surface of the skin) is partially or completely removed by light abrasion, its also used to remove sun-damaged skin, dark spots and remove or lessen scars on the skin The procedure is not very painful and requires no anesthetic. Different methods include mechanical abrasion from jets of zinc oxide or aluminum oxide crystals. In this we use inert aluminum oxide crystals to abrade the superficial layers of the skin.
